Can this paypal 10% off be stacked with the live search 30% cashback?

yes but this 10% wont work for everyone, only if you have email notifications checked in ebay/paypal and you’re on their mailing list.. I got 40% off an auction last night and still haven’t figured out why its not going to my live.com account even though I redeemed it with the "get cash back" item. I think its because my email address is different between accounts; I believe they all have to be the same, live.com’s paypals and ebays to match up. Did someone else on OT already create a thread for the live.com discount? If not I will make one, but couldn’t find one with search.
