I found this while hunting around for innovative Japanese language courses (other than the usual stuff like Rosetta Stone, etc.).

It’s an intro book (just 14 pgs) that uses word association to teach Japanese in a way that makes you think visually. It’s not complete on it’s own, but if you think outside the box, you can build a decent Japanese vocabulary with English cues to match up.

My aim is to try and speak the language first so I can put it to use in conversations immediately.
