it said it couldn’t verify my age and wants me to mail in, anyone else get this?

I’ve done this offer a couple of months ago and I got my 8-ball lighter a few weeks after. Kinda cheap quality but hey, it’s free and it works.

Signed up. Wish I knew what kind of lighter. As long as it’s at least a BIC.
I got a $1 off coupon for one pack of USAGold cigarettes in the mail today. No lighter.
I got mine yesterday. not bad quality.now i guess i have to buy fluid.
